Focaccia bread is a type of Italian yeast bread baked in flat sheet pans. The dough has signature “dimples” from the baker’s fingertips which cup the olive oil that locks in moisture, flavors the dough, and glues the seasonings and/or vegetables onto the crust. Focaccia bread can be served as a bread to be eaten on its own, dipped, or used for a sandwich. Size: 1/4 sheet pieces approx. 12″ x 8″
