Mango & Passion Fruit Mousse Strip
Sweet dough cookie layered with coconut cake, Mango Mousse, Passion Fruit Cremeaux and Mango-Passion gelée. The sides of this entremet are then dipped in a croquant (caramelized puffed rice) studded white chocolate and the top is shined with mango-passion fruit glaze.
