Shavuot
The word Shavuot (or Shavuos) means “weeks.” This holiday celebrates the completion of the seven-week Omer counting period between Passover and Shavuot. The symbolic time period between when the Jewish people left Egypt as a family and received the Torah at Mt Sinai as a nation.
This holiday is traditionally celebrated with dairy foods for many reasons including it’s symbolism of humility and how important this personality trait is in receiving the Torah.
Our Shavuot menu highlights our most dairy centric items proudly curated to serve you on this humble yet holiest of days.
