Rosh Hashanah is the first of the Jewish Holidays commonly referred to as the "High Holidays". Rosh Hashanah celebrates the head of the Jewish year, the birthday of the universe, and the day G-d created Adam and Eve. Traditional Holiday feasts include round challah bread (studded with raisins) and apples dipped in honey, as well as other foods that symbolize our wishes for a sweet year. - Chabad

May we all be inscribed for a happy and healthy new year!
