We’ve chosen FedEX 2 Day shipping for all orders, meaning items are prepared 2 days before they are received.
Orders placed on Mondays can be at your doorstep by that Friday (excluding holidays), however orders placed any other day of the week can only be shipped the following Monday due to processing and shipping procedures.
Items are prepared on the same day that they ship, arriving at their destination within 2 days.
We have tested our products and shipping methods in multiple seasons and conditions, this has taught us that we can not 100% guarantee exact arrival times or quality of product in uncertain circumstances like weather, holidays, and global events.
In this vein, we have opted for the safest packaging material for our product and chosen the most reliable shipping carrier in the country. We can guarantee you that our top priority is your satisfaction and we will do everything within our control to ensure you a seamless experience.

Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day delivery.
- Services coverage All 50 states, includes Alaska and shipments to Hawaii (Excludes intra-Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
- Sorry, no P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are shipped Monday – Wednesday only.
- Our packages will arrive by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences, Wednesday through Friday.
- Saturday delivery will only be utilized when a Friday delivery is delayed.
- You can track your package by supplying your email address at checkout and you will be notified by FedEx throughout the shipment process.
Free Shipping on All Orders
To receive free shipping, your order needs to be shipped within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. Please keep in mind that our Free Shipping offer does not factor in special order requests or non-stocked items. In order for us to continue offering free shipping, we reserve the option to designate the best shipment method for your order to qualify it for free shipping.
FedEx 2 Day Shipping Explained
We require a minimum of 48 hours (or more during peak seasons) to process and prepare your order before it’s shipped. Your order then spends 2 days in transit.
Orders placed on Mondays can be at your doorstep by that Friday, however orders placed any other day of the week will be prepared and shipped the following week at the earliest.

To ensure you receive your items in due time, plan to have your order delivered 1-2 days earlier than necessary and follow your item’s recommended storage instructions. The items that we have selected to ship are ones that have longer than average shelf life when refrigerated or frozen making them the perfect plan ahead treats!
Pastries by Randolph Shipped to You reserves the right to alter your scheduled delivery in anticipation of shipping delays or other uncontrollable events in order to better serve you.
Pastries by Randolph and its affiliates are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.
We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. One should expect their package to be left at the address it is mailed to. Our customers should only ship to residences they feel safe having an unattended box be delivered to. Customers take on the responsibility for the security of the package and the quality of the items once it is delivered. Deliveries may be rerouted to a Fedex location through Fedex’s tracking email throughout the delivery process if need be.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Email confirmations with the delivery address are sent for review as well. Changes to delivery address is possible up to 72 hours’ before an order is received . Once an address modification is requested, we may require 1-2 additional business days to process the change, please recalculate the date your order will be received if need be.
