All of our goods are ideally baked and shipped fresh, not frozen (arrives within 2 days of being prepared). However if weather deems it necessary they may be shipped frozen in order to protect their quality.
The shelf life recommended by us takes into consideration the time in transit. Meaning, the shelf life as noted starts once it is delivered to you.

The majority of our items are freezer friendly. However, items like our marshmallows are not recommended to freeze. Check the recommended storage instructions for your specific items to ensure proper care.
Items may be marked as “out of stock” for short periods of time while we replenish our inventory. Typically, this may take 2-7 days.

Although we do not have a gluten free environment, we have certain items we refer to as “flourless” due to the lack of flour in their ingredients.
We carry certification for kosher products. All ingredients that we know may be sensitive to people for religious or health reasons will be noted in the Tab section of each item titled “Allergens and Ingredients”.
We’ve included the additional cost of packaging materials and shipping and handling fees into the cost of the item in order to give you the most accurate price of your entire purchase while you shop.
Unfortunately, no. These different places of payment are considered separate “stores” and therefor a gift card purchased on PbR’s shipping website can only be redeemed on the same shipping website.
Shipping Information FAQs
We ship everything exclusively with FedEx.
Orders placed on Mondays can be at your doorstep by that Friday. However orders placed any other day of the week will be prepared and shipped the following week at the earliest.
Items are prepared on the day they ship, arriving at their destination within 2 days .
Packages will arrive by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.
You will have the option to redirect the package to a secure FedEx location to be picked up with a one-time QR code. (if a government-issued photo ID will still be required if the adult signature service option is selected.)
All products are shipped via FedEx 2Day and should be expected to arrive by your specified date. However, if your order is delayed you will be notified via Fedex at the email address provided at checkout.

We do our best to condense all items into the least amount of boxes possible, however one may receive multiple packages if necessary.
Yes, typically non-residential locations have a central mail room for our carrier to deliver to. Once received, it is up to the center to contact the intended recipient. You will be notified via email by Fedex once the shipment has arrived so you can personally reach out to the recipient as well.
For schools, we recommend checking their website or contacting their mailroom to determine the proper shipping address. Some schools may require specific information such as the student’s dorm, hall or mailbox number on the label.
For other non-residential addresses such as businesses or hotels please provide the recipient’s name, company name, suite number or room number along with any other necessary information such as a department name and telephone number.
Keep in mind, most business and school mailrooms are closed on the weekends and holidays. Due to the perishable nature of our products it is important to determine the best delivery date before weekends and holidays.
FedEx ships to most Military Bases within the United States with orders arriving Monday-Friday. Orders should not be expected to arrive on Saturdays to these locations.
Yes, although shipping may be delayed over the weekend. We encourage all deliveries to be scheduled to be received before Thursday .

Unfortunately, they will not. All orders must be shipped to residential addresses only.
Account, Order & Payment FAQs
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Credit cards charge immediately upon purchase.
Orders can be altered up to 72 hours’ before the order is shipped and 5 days before it is received (holidays may increase this time). The only modifications we can make are altering the delivery date. Any other changes will require us to cancel and refund the items and you will need to replace your order if need be.

Orders record the contact information associated with the billing and delivery address only on invoices. Name of the account holder placing the order may not be listed on the actual invoice.
