Fresh Fruit Tarts: Cookie dough shell filled with a dab of vanilla pastry cream and topped with their designated fruit (strawberry, kiwi, or mixed fruit available).
*Hazelnut Dacquoise: Hazelnut meringue cake filled with hazelnut buttercream. The outside is glazed in dark chocolate decorated with cocoa powder. *Flourless
Key Lime Tart: Graham cracker cookie dough shell filled with rich key lime custard.
Napoleon: Flaky, crisp puff pastry dough layered with custard and topped with fondant icing.
