Serves 18-23. An assortment of about 40 – 44 Mini French Pastries and 6 Chocolate Dipped Strawberries arranged on a platter with a lid and finished with a bow.

Mini French Pastry Descriptions

Baked Berries Tart: Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries baked in cookie dough shell and topped with a cinnamon streusel.

Berliner: cookie dough layered with dense rum chocolate fudge filling topped with stripes of almond
macaroon, raspberry and apricot jams.

*Delice: Chocolate meringue filled with chocolate mousse & covered with chocolate meringue sticks. *Flourless

Eclair: Choux pastry filled with vanilla custard topped with chocolate fondant icing & stripes of mocha fondant.

Fresh Fruit Tarts: Cookie dough shell filled with a dab of vanilla pastry cream and topped with their designated fruit (strawberry, kiwi, or mixed fruit available).

*Hazelnut Dacquoise: Hazelnut meringue cake filled with hazelnut buttercream. The outside is glazed in dark chocolate decorated with cocoa powder. *Flourless

Key Lime Tart: Graham cracker cookie dough shell filled with rich key lime custard.

Napoleon: Flaky, crisp puff pastry dough layered with custard and topped with fondant icing.

Lemon Meringue Tart: Cookie dough shell filled with a tart lemon filling topped with a rosette of meringue.

Malibu: Chocolate sable cookie base, thin chocolate brownie walnut cake layer, chocolate English cream custard, and chocolate mousse covered with a dark chocolate glaze and decorated with pieces of cocoa bean
nougatine.

Mandarin Cheesecake: Lady Finger Cake layered with a light Bavarian cream cheese filling and some diced mandarin orange segments.

*Mogador: Flourless chocolate cake with a silky dark chocolate mousse and seedless raspberry jam on top. *Flourless

Tiramisu: Ladyfingers soaked with a coffee and Rum syrup topped with a light Amaretto & Mascarpone Mousse filling and a thin spray of dark chocolate .

Walnut Amber: Chocolate cake, almond cake, rich hazelnut cream, and a smooth chocolate cream, studded with caramelized walnuts. The top is an amber colored jelly glaze.
